Hello lovelies.
So I wanted to show you all a few pictures of when I went away for a few days to
London (25th-29th August). I went with my Sister, my Dad and my Dad's partner :)

Most of the photos were taken by my sister, so check her out here!

Overall it was a really good - yet tiring good few days! We did a lot actually, we saw sights, did some shopping, visited London Zoo, had some lovely meals out, etc. I also got to go to Westfield for the first time which was super awesome! I absolutely loved going to the zoo, as I haven't been to a zoo in years and it was soo big! One of my favourite - if not my favourite animals are giraffes and they were absolutely beautiful and my sister got some good pictures of them!

Thank you for reading!
Much love, xx

Maybelline Dream Bouncy Blush Review!

Hello lovelies.

So today I am going to be doing a review on my Maybelline Dream Bouncy Blushes
and just share my thoughts and opinions on them.

l-r
Plum Wine, Hot Tamale

There have been a lot of mixed opinions on these, most being not so great.. I like the formulation of them and find you can warm up the product in your fingers and it blends well. It is also very fun as they are not so much 'bouncy', but more like a mousse formula. Both of these colours are very bright, which personally I think makes them work slightly better. I tend to use them on my lips as well as my cheeks, which I have taken a photo of underneath.

Hot Tamale - Bright Pink/Red

Plum Wine - Deep Plum/Purple

As you can tell they both come out well on the lips and cheeks.

Overall I would give these a 6.5/10. Although they blend quite nice and have a nice colour pigmentation to them, they are a bit of a gimmicky product. I think most people would buy them for the cool fact they have a 'bouncy' formulation, but with them not having great staying power and only some colours working, it is debatable. I think the darker colours would be the only ones that would really work, which I guess is kind of a bit pointless for the other colours.

Thank you for reading.
Much love, xx

Have you tried these?
Would you purchase them if you haven't tried them?

Favourite Summer Nail Polishes

Hello lovelies.

So today's post is going to be on some of the nail polishes I love to wear in the Summer. They are all very fun and bright colours and are ones I wear very often in the Summer months.

l -r

- Sinful Colors Nail Polish – Neon Melon
I love this one as it is just a very bright neon greenish yellow. It's such a fun colour
and is nothing like anything that I own.

- Sinful Colors Nail Polish – Summer Peach
This is also a very neon polish and just a bright orange, super nice on the fingers and toes!

- Sinful Colors Nail Polish – Pink
I had this one on my toes the other day and it was super nice and summery! All three of these Sinful Colors nail polishes dry matte which I think is really unique and looks really cool!

- ELF Nail Polish – Mango Madness
I recently brought this and it is just a gorgeous orange/coral. It's slightly thin but with 2-3 coats looks opaque.

- Models Own Nail Polish – Feeling Blue
I wear this one a lot in the Summer and is such a gorgeous bright blue. I love Models Own polishes but do find they can be a little bit thick when applied sometimes.

- Revlon Scented Nail Polish – Pretty In Papaya
I recently wore this colour and it looked gorgeous in the sun! It's just a bright red/coral and really does smell gorgeous when on the nails!

l-r
- Revlon Scented Nail Polish – Passion Fruit
This is another one of the scented ones and also smells lovely. It is probably my favourite purple and one of the favourite polishes I own. I wear it all the time and is just a bright purple, perfect for Summer!

- Models Own Nail Polish – Foxy Fuchsia
I had wanted this nail polish for a long time and was so glad I finally brought it. It's just your average bright pink and looks gorgeous in the Summer!

- Topshop Nail Polish – Awol
I cannot even express my love for this polish. I recently brought it and have fallen in love with it! It's a deep blue (although it doesn't look it on camera) and I have worn it almost everyday since I got it.

- Barry M Nail Polish – Blueberry Ice Cream
Although I really dislike Barry M polishes, this is just a gorgeous baby blue. It is a bit thick, but only needs about 1-2 coats which is super good.

- NYX Nail Polish – Magenta
I wear this one a lot and am very glad I brought it. I hadn't heard anything about NYX polishes but I do like them. The brush is the perfect size and the formulation is really nice. This is one is just a bright pink with some lilac veining going through it which is really unique and pretty!

- China Glaze Nail Polish – Shower Together
I brought this one absolutely ages ago and have used it loads ever since. It is only a mini but still has a lot left. It is just a deep aqua colour and the formulation is really nice. I definitely want more from China Glaze!

- Revlon Nail Polish – Radiant
This one I only really wear over the China Glaze one, which you can see from the last swatch. That is is swatched over the China Glaze one, as you can see it does look very nice.

These are all of the nail polishes swatched (with 2 coats) on a nail wheel. I brought these from eBay and you can find them here for a really great price.

Through The Years...

Hello lovelies.

So I wanted to do a post today that is a little different today and thought this was a good idea. It's going to be a bit of a short post but I should have a longer one up in the next couple days!

This is a post called 'Through The Years', which is just showing pictures of me through the years since I was born.. Seeing as I am only 15, I couldn't find an awful lot of pictures but managed to find a few :)

So these are just a few pictures of me growing up through the years and it was quite interesting to look through old pictures, something I love doing every now and again. It's weird how you change and grow up really, how different you actually look compared to a year or so ago.. I hope you enjoy this post, like I said just a small post, but I would love to see more of these from other people.
Let me know if you do this, I'd love to see!!

Thank you for reading.
Much love, xx

July Beauty Favourites

(click images to make them bigger)

Hello lovelies.

So today I am going to be showing you some of the things I have been loving throughout the month of July. There is quite a few so I warn you now that this may be a slightly long post. Sorry!

l-r

MAC Pro Longwear Concealer - NW15 - Buy here.
I have been really loving this concealer over the past few weeks and it is definitely one of the best, if not the best concealer I have tried. It dries to a very matte finish, and I have normal to dry skin but haven't had too much of a problem with this. It looks very nice on the skin and does last all day long.

MAC Lipstick - Kinda Sexy (Matte) - Buy here.
This is a gorgeous brown colour, with a very slight red undertone to it, which I find could work on any skin tone. It is a matte lipstick, however I don't find it is too drying, however I do still wear a lip balm under it.

MAC Lipstick - See Sheer (Lustre) - Buy here.
I picked this one up from hearing good things about it and really do love it. It is just a muted red, which can be built up for more colour. It is a Lustre finish and it is very shiny and glossy on the lips, which I love!

Revlon Lip Butter - Peach Parfait - Buy here.
I am a big fan of the Revlon lip butters and this one is my favourite out of the ones I own. It is a gorgeous peachy pink with gold shimmer in. I have used this one the most and it looks very nice on the lips.

l-r

Benefit 'Hoola' Bronzer - Buy here.
I recently got a sample of this in a kit and loved it so much I brought the full size. I really do love this bronzer. It lasts all day, is a gorgeous shade that I don't find is too dark or too orange. It is also fully matte, which is super good because I hate shimmery bronzers.

NYX Cream Blush - Boho Chic- Buy here.
The colour of this is absolutely perfect for me, because it is my favourite colour in a blush. It is just a light pink, which would look gorgeous on pale skin tones. It is very creamy and blends nicely.

Maybelline Color Tattoo - Bad To The Bronze - Buy here.
If you are in the UK I think this shade is called 'On and on Bronze' instead, as they have different names here compared to America. (Don't ask me why!) But I love this colour and is just a bronze with a slight shimmer to it. It is just so easy to throw on and blends gorgeous-ly on the lids. It really does last ages too!

EOS Lip Balm - Summer Fruits - Buy here.
I absolutely adore these lip balms and this is my favourite out of the two that I own. They smell and taste gorgeous and really do moisturise my lips well. They have a slight waxy feel to them, which I personally like and think it makes them stay on a lot longer.

Bourjois Waterproof Mascara - Black - (Couldn't find a link - sorry!)
I have been wearing this mascara a lot recently and think it is a really good Summer mascara, especially if you are going on holiday. It does seem to hold up pretty well and not smudge on the eyes. It does lengthen my lashes well but still looks very natural.

l-r

Star Gazer Nail Polish - 305 - Buy here.
This is the most gorgeous purple colour which has lots of different coloured shimmers in it. I like how it can look a different colour in different lights, which makes it really unique!

Topshop Nail Polish - Moving House - Buy here.
This is just a terracotta/brick colour and it is so different to any of my other polishes, I just love it.

Topshop Nail Polish - Awol - Buy here.
I have this on my toes currently and I love it. Its just a gorgeous bright blue and a must-have for Summer :)

Models Own Hed Kandi Nail Polish - Ibiza Mix - Buy here.
This is absolutely stunning and can be worn over any colour. It has different sized glitters of all different colours and looks so so pretty. My fave glitter top coat!

Models Own Nail Polish - Feeling Blue - Buy here.
This is another gorgeous blue colour and is also perfect for the Summer. I love this one and wear it lots!

l-r

B & BW 'Bali Mango' Body Mist - (Couldn't find a link - sorry!)
This is the perfect Summer scent and is super fruity. It smells like strawberries and mangoes and is absolutely gorgeous! As you can tell, I have used rather a lot of this but I do love it lots!

Johnson's Baby Shampoo - Buy here.
I use this to clean my brushes and it is absolutely amazing. It's super cheap and works wonders!

Simple Refreshing Facial Wash 150ml - Buy here.
This is ridiculously cheap and is my favourite face wash. I just use a makeup wipe to remove my makeup, then use this and it really makes my skin feel so fresh and clean.

The Body Shop Tea Tree Skin Clearing Exfoliating Pads - Buy here.
I have used this for a while and have gone through a good few pots of these. They are very gentle and I use them about 3-4 times a week and then exfoliate properly once a week. It just gets rid of any makeup left over and makes my skin feel very soft.

So sorry this post was so long but I did have a lot of  favourites this month!
Thank you for reading!
Much love, xx

Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Top Coat

Hey lovelies.

So today I am going to be doing a review on my all time favourite top coat.
Its the Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Anti-Chip Top Coat (what a mouthful!) and I absolutely adore it.

I brought this top coat about a year and a half ago and have brought around 4-5 bottles since. Obviously there isn't an awful amount you can say about a top coat, but the reason I love this one so much is how quickly it makes your nail polish dry. It says to leave your nails 2 minutes after painting and then paint this on, which is what I tend to do. If it is something like nail art, you may want to wait a little longer.
It then takes about 30-60 seconds to dry your nails so they are touch-dry and just leaves them very smooth and shiny. Its also nice for putting on top of glitter nail polishes because it removes the rough-feeling of glitter nail polishes and makes it feel very smooth and glossy. It does make your nail polish last a little longer without chipping, nothing too amazing but does work!

This top coat retails for around £4-7 (depending on where you buy it)
but I buy it here from Boots for £5.99

Feel Unique Wishlist

Hello lovelies.

Today I am going to be doing a Feel Unique wishlist. I have been
eye-ing up a few products from their website and thought I would show you all.

Caudalie Beauty Elixir 30ml £9.90 - Buy here.
I have been wanting this for a while now ever since essiebutton mentioned it and said she loved it. I am currently using Fix+ from MAC and don't find it does anything at all, so seeing as this has had quite a lot of good reviews in the beauty world recently, I thought I'd give it a go.

First Aid Beauty Smooth Shave Cream 59.1ml £5.50 - Buy here.
Bit of a strange product, but one that I am curious about trying. My legs are super sensitive and dry, so whenever I shave them it literally makes them so dry and irritated. So this product intrigues me and I do hope it works!

NUXE Reve de Miel Ultra-Nourishing Lip Balm £9.50 - Buy here.
Another product I have heard about through essiebutton (who I adore by the way!), and she actually did a review of this which you can find here. It does seem pretty pricey for a lip balm, however sounds amazing and my lips are always dry and chapped so hopefully this works!

Benefit The POREfessional Primer £23.50 - Buy here.
I recently got a sample of this in Glamour magazine and have been really liking it recently.. And seeing as I have been looking for a good primer recently, I might buy the full size product of this. I am tempted to say the least. I like how this does make my skin a lot more even, therefore making the foundation apply a lot easier and look a lot nicer.

L'Oreal Volume Million Lashes Mascara £9.35 - Buy here.
I have wanted this mascara for absolutely ages now, however always put off buying it. I recently saw someone use it in a tutorial and now I have to have it. It looks amazing on the lashes and is actually slightly cheaper if you buy it from Feel Unique, rather than somewhere like Boots which is awesome.

Taylor Swift Wonderstruck Eau De Parfum 30ml £17 - Buy here.
I have heard A LOT about this perfume from various American bloggers and youtubers and seeing as it has finally come to the UK, I definitely need to buy this. It contains a lot of different fruits, which is awesome because I absolutely adore fruity scents. I cannot wait to smell this as I have heard so many good things!

Stila In The Light Eyeshadow Palette £25 - Buy here.
I recently saw Zoella did a review on her blog about this palette (which you can find here) and I automatically fell in love with it! The colours are simply gorgeous and has some gorgeous nudes which I absolutely love to wear but also a couple that are a bit different to what I am used to. It also contains a full sized eyeliner, which is originally £14 alone, so this is a very good priced palette!

So that is it! Just a few things I am looking at purchasing from Feel Unique.
Thank you for reading!
Much love, xx
